Elaine brings expertise gained across her years as Manager of Market Research & Planning for McKesson Corporation, where she had chief responsibility for the implementation and ongoing monitoring of customer satisfaction, as well as the development of marketing plans for new technologies in health care delivery and retail management.
In her years with Clarity, she has conducted Voice of the Customer research across dozens of industries where corporate clients and PE platforms rely on her research findings as Actionable business intelligence. She also applies her Spanish language skills to open a dialog with ownership on many of Clarity acquisition deal sourcing projects.
